Questions Before Their
First Adventure?

A few helpful answers before you get started.

Classic Play is designed for Extra Small, Small and Medium adult dogs with Very Gentle, Gentle or Moderate play styles. It isn’t designed for large dogs or power chewers. Visit our Size & Play Style Guide for help choosing your dog’s size and usual play style.

Each Adventure includes a Sidekick companion toy, a Mission discovery toy, one ChewMatch, a Theme Extra, one treat bag, an Adventure Stamp and an Adventure/Product Guide Card. Your dog’s first box also includes their personalized WUVO Pawport. Designs and featured products change with each monthly Adventure.

Every dog explores the same monthly Adventure. Your dog’s size and play style help guide their ChewMatch, while the treat considerations you share help guide their treat selection. The other items follow the shared monthly theme.

Yes. Select “No treats, please” in the Get WUVO questionnaire, and we’ll replace the treat bag with one additional toy. We also make this substitution if none of that month’s available treats matches the ingredient considerations saved in your dog’s profile.

Both plans are billed monthly. The 6 Adventures plan commits to six paid Adventures at $56.99 CAD each. The 12 Adventures plan commits to twelve paid Adventures at $53.99 CAD each. These are monthly payments toward your selected commitment, rather than one upfront payment. Applicable taxes apply.

After completing your six or twelve paid Adventures, your subscription automatically continues as Monthly Flex at $59.99 CAD per box, plus applicable taxes, billed monthly, unless you cancel or choose another commitment plan.

You won’t automatically enter another six- or twelve-Adventure commitment.

Visit Subscription Help for guidance on managing your WUVO subscription. If you need assistance, email support@wuvo.ca.
